<\/span><\/span><\/p>(7)办公楼1楼4间(面积72.84平方米),成交价为502800元,该拍卖已经撤销,恢复拍卖时加入到长江日报路的项目中,合并为一个拍卖标的
以后该合并后的标的物降价时,这办公楼1楼4间(面积72.84平方米)不降价

武汉市蔡甸区人民法院于2022年8月19日作出(2022)鄂0114破申7号民事裁定书,以资产不足以清偿全部债务为由,裁定受理武汉诚锐电器有限公司对武汉上善至高置业集团有限公司的破产清算申请
武汉市蔡甸区人民法院于2022年12月30日作出(2022)鄂0114破12号决定书,指定湖北晨丰律师事务所担任武汉上善至高置业集团有限公司管理人
管理人将于2026年2月2日10时至2026年2月3日10时止在淘宝网阿里破产强清拍卖平台上进行公开拍卖活动
